​Jen is a Creative Director and Visual Storyteller expert with a stand out record of over 20 years designing award-winning experiences that entertain and educate children's audiences through media, books, illustration, storyboarding, graphic design, curriculum, games, and products.

She found her passion in the world of wonder and whimsy as a child after dozens of views of the movie musical, Mary Poppins. You could say that Mary Poppins and Bert were her TV Mom and Dad. She knew then her life would be one dedicated stories, stories, and nothing but stories.

In her first chapter of life, she danced her way through stories from blackbox theaters to Broadway houses, and eventually retired her dancing shoes to create visual art with her hands instead (easier on the hips!) Dancers are hard-wired with a natural ability to create visuals that engage the eyes and also demonstrate a deep understanding of spatial awareness. When it comes to writing, they prioritize action and aim to spark vivid pictures in the imagination of readers and viewers alike. As a result, storytelling through illustration, writing, design, and art direction has become both a natural talent and a deep passion for Jen.

She gets excited to curate opportunities for child-like wonder to soar... to encourage children to keep curious by asking the "why" questions... to design fun, engaging, connective experiences that have a lasting educational and transformative impact on children and adults alike - whether within a start-up, publishing house, media, production, school, or educational center.

Oh, and she has a soft spot for dogs!
