Jennifer DiDonato is a Creative Lead and Learning Experience Designer who designs story-based experiences that help humans understand, practice, engage, and apply new ideas through clear structure, narrative, and thoughtful guidance.
Her work sits at the intersection of learning design, creative design, operations, and education through curriculum development, visual design, games, products, books, and programs designed for children, adult learners, and educators.
Across her career, Jennifer has led the design for startups, agencies, media and production teams, schools, non-profits, and educational centers. She is especially drawn to designing experiences that invite curiosity, encourage “why” questions or are mission-minded.
Her work has included collaborations with organizations such as Sesame Workshop, Story Time Learning, Moonbug, Chess at Three, New York Film Academy, NYU, Alvin Ailey, and has been recognized by The New York Times, Dance Teacher Magazine, the New York Innovative Theatre Awards, TOTY, and ASTRA.
Recent projects include design work for national organizations, creative support for PR and marketing teams, and the development of Rescue Legends, a story-driven learning and play experience that helps kids engage with animal rescue through missions, storytelling, and creative activities.
Outside of her work, Jennifer has a lifelong soft spot for dogs and can often be found walking her pup (and the occasional foster) through Brooklyn, soaking up something new to learn anywhere she goes.
