DIGITAL LEARNING & STAFF TRAINING

Below is an example of building a comprehensive learning experience

to onboard teachers in a new curriculum that was developed.

APPROACH:

Learners: Instructional staff responsible for delivering a new curriculum

Learning Challenge: Prepare staff to understand and confidently teach a new, play-based early childhood development curriculum for ages 9 months - 36 months with consistency across classrooms.

Design Approach: Designed a guided, engaging, play-based training experience using slide instruction, interactive play, visual examples, and structured walkthroughs that modeled instructional flow and teaching expectations.

Additional Research & Development: Built in addition an innovative online portal for teachers to access and prep each lesson. Conducted user testing feedback sessions to inform decisions and implement improvements on the portal.

Outcome: Learners engaged more deeply with strategic concepts while educators had a clear, repeatable structure to facilitate learning.
