CASE STUDY: Designing a Infographic Survey Report
Publication Design, Information Architecture & Anonymous Portfolio Adaptation
This project began as a long-form, data-driven publication created for an organization to be featured as a company conducted industry survey. Because the original work is protected by an NDA, the portfolio version has been fully adapted.
The version shown here uses a fictional knowledge-systems theme while preserving the design structure, visual hierarchy, chart system, and editorial pacing of the original publication.
The goal of this project was to transform copy and survey graphs into a visually engaging publication, that aligned with the company's brand.

THE DESIGN CHALLENGE
The source material included detailed research, multiple data sets, and long-form analysis.
The challenge was to create a publication that felt substantial, credible, and engaging without becoming visually overwhelming.
Readers needed to be able to scan individual findings quickly while still understanding how the information connected across the larger report.
THE APPROACH
I treated the publication as a guided reading experience that flowed from one page to the next.
Section openers introduce key themes, chart-led pages make patterns easier to identify, and narrative pages provide context around the data.
A brand-aligned color palette, strong typographic contrast, and recurring layout elements kept the publication cohesive while allowing individual pages to serve different purposes.
