LEARNING THROUGH THE ARTS
Restructuring a Dance and Theatre Program
- Recruited to redesign and lead the Conservatory Dance Program, developing cohesive learning structures, curricula, and instructional approaches aligned with North Carolina state education standards across professional training and educational productions.
- Designed and implemented a comprehensive, multi-age dance curriculum (ages 3–65) for Flat Rock Playhouse’s YouTheatre, supporting skill development, progression, and learner engagement across experience levels.
- Served as Director and Instructor for the Summer Theatre Apprentice Program, designing learning pathways, mentoring emerging performers, and facilitating intensive training for pre-professional and early-career artists.
